Shipping & Returns
We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day and payment is received by 2pm. We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.
The usual default shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, however, you can choose to upgrade this service at checkout, where available.
You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.
If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time and you may have not been at home to receive your parcel it is advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
Please note that we will only send goods to your registered address. Please ensure that your address is up to date before purchasing, as after the goods have been despatched, we do not accept responsibility for goods being sent to your old address.
Customs and Taxes
Please be advised that the listed prices for our products do not include any international customs charges or taxes that may be applied by your local government. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We advise you to check with your country's customs office to understand potential charges prior to making a purchase. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding additional charges that may be incurred.
Spelling Errors
We reserve the right to correct any spelling errors submitted within your order for personalised items, however we cannot be held accountable for any errors made on the order form and you are advised to thoroughly check the spelling before submitting your order. You must notify us within 2 hours of ordering of any spelling errors made by phone to: 01606 704416 or to email via hello@personalisemywedding.co.uk. If you have notified us via email and have not received a reply from us to confirm your changes within 1 hour, you must call us on 01606 704416. We are unable to guarantee changes to orders can be made once the order has been processed, and are not able to offer any changes during peak times.
Replacements/Returns
Problem with your order? Please get in touch within 30 days of receipt of your item with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. You can do so by sending an email to hello@personalisemywedding.co.uk, quoting your order number and giving us a brief outline of the problem.
If we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
If a return has been agreed, please send your item via a second class recorded delivery method to: Personalise My Wedding, Personalisation House, Unit 6B, Cameron Court, Northwich CW8 4DU.
We reserve the right to refund and only will at our discretion. Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using second class recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return if not sent via a recorded service, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods unless previously agreed at the discretion of our customer service team. In such cases we are only able to reimburse returns postage up to the cost of second class recorded delivery. The choice to opt for a upgraded delivery method is at the customer's discretion and own cost.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your delivery slip. Wrap the packaging securely, enclose the delivery slip and send it to the following address: Personalise My Wedding, Personalisation House, Unit 6B, Cameron Court, Northwich CW8 4DU.
